What is your refund policy?

Roxio offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our ESD and physical products. If you require a refund please contact Customer Service.

Roxio will refund the actual price paid by the user for the product, taxes and shipping will not be refunded.

To qualify, all components of the product must be returned to Digital River via a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or, in the case of an electronic purchase, a Letter of Destruction must be completed and received prior to the credit being processed.

How do I cancel my order?
If you selected to pay by check or money order, and have not sent in your payment. Your order will automatically be cancelled after 30 days.

Orders placed by credit card may only be cancelled the day they were placed. If you need to cancel your credit card order please click here.

When will the credit appear on my card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card within 5-7 business days of us receiving your completed letter of destruction.
